We’re delighted to have secured our place on the Greener Futures Partnership framework, as a supplier of choice to support housing associations with decarbonisation efforts.
Cosgrove & Drew is honoured to be accredited for providing top quality construction work with decarbonisation efforts at the centre. Assessing organisations and suppliers across England, Wales, and Scotland, the Greener Futures Partnership Delivery Framework outlined us as an outstanding and reliable ally in the global effort towards net-zero.
The GFP was established to ensure that homes achieve at least an EPC Rating of C by the government target date of 2030. The GFP Delivery Framework provides a streamlined selection of sustainable service providers for any social housing association in the UK. With access to this catalogue, the social housing sector can better select fantastic companies like us who will help them achieve their green goals. This means that we are a principal provider for amazing new projects that will help the earth, and the community! What’s more, because of our company’s quality and size, we have been shortlisted specifically to operate as the supplier of choice within the largest works, costing up to five million pounds. We are honoured to be considered for projects of this kind of scale, as it allows us to create the largest, and there foremost positive, environmental impact (and is sure to keep us busy).
As always, we are eager to get stuck in. This framework helps pave the road to net-zero and will result in lower costs for councils, as well as reduced costs for tenants. Not to mention warmer homes and reduced water waste as well. We have always exhibited a proactive attitude towards sustainability, renewable energy sources, and energy efficient instillation as one of our company’s top priorities. The importance of a sustainable home cannot be understated, and our inclusion in the GFP Delivery Framework will aid in making this accessible to more people in the future.
